Booking Policy
Cancellations with 24 hours notice of the service will be eligible to be re-booked at another time/day free of charge. Less than 24 hrs notice will not be offered a refund but re-booked with a £5 fee. You will not be refunded unless there are exceptional circumstances. This is at my discretion.
This does not effect your statutory rights.
All services are to be paid for at the end of the month except holiday cover and pet sitting which will require a non refundable £50 deposit to secure your dates. Cash is preferred however bank transfer is available to my business account. Invoices will be sent via email at the time of booking.
